Once your plans are ready and you're set to build, we'll prepare a contract. As soon as it's signed and your deposit is made, you're on our schedule. From there, we help you choose everything before construction begins — flooring, wall color, roofing material and color, siding color, windows, doors, and more. With everything planned ahead of time, construction goes smoothly and stays stress-free. That's what we strive for.
